Young Daeva Support Chest
Make sure to grab this chest and get some support for your grand adventures! You receive the first Daeva Support Chest via the in-game survey system. Once your character reaches higher levels (20, 30, 40, 50 and 55), you can open further chests. Check this table for an overview of the contents:

Experienced Daeva Support Chest
We haven’t forgotten about the more experienced among you, either. If you’ve already reached at least level 55, you can pick up an Abyssal Blessing Chest via the survey function in the game, and pick one of two chests.

- The reward can be collected once per account via the in-game survey function
- The reward can only be collected during the stated period
- All items available from the survey can be neither traded nor sold
- Once collected by a character, the items cannot be transferred to another
