This has happened to me several times. I can't get into the game. I try to contact support but I always get an error with any email. Any solution? Thank you!

This has happened to me several times. I can't get into the game. I try to contact support but I always get an error with any email. Any solution? Thank you!
Have seen multiple ways to fix this for now:
Change language to something different, then back
Delete "L10n" folder and repair client (does basically the language thing, but gets files new from server in case they got corrupted)
Reinstall game (if other methods didn't work)
