A Dramata Scorned: Padmarashka’s Cave
Join up to five other players and face off against Padmarashka and her protectors in the nest to loot exclusive eternal equipment!
You must have reached at least level 55 for the chance to take on the mighty dramata once per day. Padmarashka’s Cave is reset daily at 9 AM.
Backstory
As one of Tiamat’s dramatas, Padmarashka is of vital importance for her influence in Balaurea, providing replacement troops and supporting the Dragon Lord with hordes of soldiers. Although Tiamat had ordered her to leave her nest and retreat to safety away from the encroaching Daevas, Padmarashka couldn’t bring herself to abandon her eggs. Her determination to risk life and limb to defend her brood makes this dramata a terrifying and deadly prospect.
Where Is Padmarashka’s Cave?
The entrance to Padmarashka’s Cave is hidden behind a large rock. Elyos can find it in the Dramata Refuge in Inggison, while Asmodians can search at the end of Earthfang Gorge in Gelkmaros.
The Instance
Tiptoeing into the dramata’s nest, you’ll find the huge beast lying in a deep slumber. She is protected by a magical shield, while four of her most loyal guardians have gathered before her.
Anyone who tries to attack Padmarashka at this stage will soon learn that it has little effect while the shield is active – but it will raise the ire of her guardians! Once they’re defeated, the barrier will fall and the fight against the enraged drakan mother can begin. Whoever manages to defeat the mighty dramata may be rewarded with Irascible Padmarashka’s weapons and armour.
Tips and Tricks
If you leave Padmarashka to enjoy her peaceful slumber, you can dispatch each of her guardians one by one, rather than drawing all their attention at once by attacking the barrier.
Padmarashka will rally her children around her during the fight, summoning Balaur to aid her. Thin their numbers and make sure you don’t get overrun!
Padmarashka’s claws are poisonous and can cause bleeding – and will cause additional damage if you’re already suffering the opposite effect! The dramata has a tendency to attack any target she has already successfully hit. Anyone suffering one of her debuffs should therefore put some distance between themselves and any ally suffering the opposite effect...
