Need immediate help. Account hack, can't access support. (also hacked)

    Got kicked out of the game in the middle of an instance with the message:

    'illegal program detected'


    Then when I tried to get back into the game I get:

    'Failed to load social security number'. And I can't get in.


    I check my e-mail: 0 messages from gameforge/aion.


    I make an account on on the gameforge support page, try to make a ticket and I get:

    'Sorry, you tried more passwords than normal users should. If you are not a password guessing bot please come back in three hours'


    So now I have no access to gameforge support and no clue what is happening to my account???


    Need immediate help with this now. My account is being hacked and the hackers have denied me access to gameforge support.

    I don't use discord or any of those other social-media stuff. Where can I contact Gameforge support when I am being locked out of support by hackers?

    I wasn't even using MyAion when this happened and I don't use a VPN.

    i was literally logged in and wrote a ticket, and when I submitted it, it transfers me to this empty page that looks like my computer is hacked.


    It's literally a blank, unprofessional looking page that just says:

    in plain text. Clearly not an official page, but some sort of hack/trick

    Does gameforge expect me to have social-media accounts to get basic account support?

    As it is monday evening already and the german working time is over, you have to be patient and try late to log in to Gamefore support page.

    Dont try to rush and remeber your password. Write a ticket and just wait for the answer. spamming here in forums wont help, and even on discord, you wont get any help. Cause Gameforge support is only reachable via support system.

    I was already in the support system, typed out my ticket, when the site was hacked and sent me to this blank page.



    I don't understand what you are telling me to do since I can't access support. Just wait and do nothing?


    Why am I kicked from the server with 'illegal program detected' with ZERO message from gameforge in my e-mail.


    They just kick you with 0 notification? Just some automated system and you have no clue what or why it is happening?

    I want compensation for this. I am paying for siel's aura and I am being locked out of the game, unable to even contact support.


    Wasted another instance entry and 30 minutes of my time clearing it aswell.

    You dont get a message when you account has been blocked.

    You have to ask the support.

    And I tried Suupport page, works fine for me. Maybe you should check your pc first, if it´s corrupted.

    Being transferred to this fake/blank/hacked looking page with just this text message. Even when I access it in incognito.



    It this an official page/message or is it a hacked page that I am being redirected to through some sort of hack?

    Never seen before that an official company will lock you out

    You need a seperate account than your Gameforge Account you use for the login in via the launcher.

    I managed to bypass this 'security protection' by changing my IP with a VPN and browsing to the same gameforge support page, I managed to create a support ticket.


    My suggestion is to change this security protection and make it look more official (instead of a white page with plain text), without a browser warning of an 'insecure connection' (see attachment of the website I got), and without a 3 hour(!!!!!) waiting time.


    Together with my account being blocked out of nowhere, it made me think the worst.
