The normal pass seems to be active, but the beginner pass isnt... I cant activate with my lvl 22 char...

Talking about "do a better job"............ meanwhile there is nearly every week a special maintenance the day after the weekly maintenance, means 2 times servers down nearly each week and never a compensation for that. Other publishers give an automatically compensation for every weekly maintenance, but AION is turned off and on like they want without compensation while our Siels is ticking......

It in the EULA they can take the server down when they want to if they need to - a sneaky addition they made after all the disconnects we had

Same here, did you get this resolved? My novice passes show 330 days left, offer a button to activate it, but activating does not work. This is the same for several characters who all can not activate the novice pass for the second season after the first one ended.

Is this a prediction for the next maintenance? The problem only started last wednesday after maintenance when the first season ended, so I am not sure what patch you think will fix it?

Every publisher has this in his EULA smart boy, the point is, that other publishers compensate normal weekly server downs while Gameforge never thought of compensating anything. Because it´s their advantage and their profit that our Siels keeps on running while we can´t play......
