Start doing something with retail

    I had to create a thread here, because our community managers are not responding on discord. So I want to ask once again, what's going on with retail? You guys abandoned it since the release of AION Classic. I understand, you have a bigger community on classic servers etc, but don't forget there are people playing on retail too. Deliver your promises:

    1) Compensation.
    Due to DDOS attacks the game was unplayable, especially during the sieges. 02.06.2023 you said there will be compensation INFO: CURRENT SERVER STATUS People, who play classic version have already received their compensation Free bundle and more events What about retail?

    2) Manage bonuses.
    It's been said this section will be TEMPORARILY unavailable for some time AION JOINS THE GAMEFORGE CLIENT What's the current status? Any ETA at least?

    New patch has just been just released. But where are GF features? Where are the sources of apostle fragments?

    Its better to just close retail at this point. NCsoft has killed the game ever since the major overhaul in 6.0 it has nothing to do with the real oldschool AION. It just became a p2w mobile game for PC.

    New cash cow arrived and retail left behind to dust. I bet the old veteran system with rewards wont be back ever it was sort of the last hit retail needed and made most people move to classic.
    Times like this i think of some of the people that spent 10s of thousands of Euro on retail, but i guess they dont mind that anyway.

    I think it was intentional, decided by Gameforge higher ups/board, so they destroyed some of their income %, who does that? Unless.... they want it dead.

    Be patient guys, Gameforge simply waits till they killed Classic and the hype is over, they hope the people continue with their Retail Accounts then... :D

    We do answer on Discord, although it is my bad that I'm not answering as much on forums.


    Retail is still going, we still have events, an update is "on the way". Not for this summer, but still coming.


    As for the Manage Bonuses page, we are actively working on it (meaning it is not on concept/production phase, it is actually being worked on). No ETA though, we'll update you as soon as we know more!

    No hurry, when you killed classic or the hype about classic dies from alone, I am pretty sure that you guys remember that you can milk some more euros out of retail, just a matter of time.

    We would like to have some official statement regarding the promised fragments by Galeas when he still was in function. During migration he promised that there is gonna be way how to finish apostles since you removed HT quests and runatorium currency. Yet after 5 months we still has no answer.

    How about OW drop dropping some fragments too like legendary? Contracts are random and those are bad - golden one 64 types-, they always give lowest tier common or green and for fusion you would need tons of it.
