Classic - Refund or Chargeback

I haven't been able to login to the game for multiple days now. Support won't answer tickets created for this. Blaming DDOS attacks does me no good when I can't play a game that I paid money for the in-game subscription

At this point either provide a refund or I'll just do a chargeback

I doubt they will do a refund in any case. If you do a chargeback most likely your account will be perma banned.

Was just a neutral information what will happen, if I were in your situation I would do chargeback anyways and welcome the ban with open arms.
