Its fkd - and zero fks given at GF. We pay, they got money they don't care. Care cup is empty and has a hole in the bottom too...

4 DCs in a row when manage to log in, now continual DC even over different networks - so its GF fail again...

I renewed my subscription 3 days ago, I still couldn't play 1h without crashing, today I was not able to login. I can't even ask for a refund or my account gets banned

but they gave us 3 days siels aura, it must be a joke...

Galeas any news about this issue?

In the next round of compensations, how about NOT putting a super-tight one-week expiration time on the item in the shop. Let us claim it when it actually makes sense.

If at least the Siel item was a regular inventory item you could store it in your warehouse until a) servers are ok and b) you actually have time to play. Instead you shove this box on us that activates as soon as it is claimed.

We should all get ou money back from siels...I´ve paid for 3 months and can´t even log in sometimes

It´s not acceptable that all of us paid and cant even play for 1h a day at some cases...

I hope everyone start leaving the game if this issue isn´t solve at the end of the weekend.

I´ve played MMO´s for 20 + years and I´ve never experienced such problems with servers...

So sad!
