As mentioned in our previous news, our systems have been heavily impacted over the last 3 days by DDoS attacks, which also affected other games from our infrastructure.
While we have already implemented some extra measures, the attackers have definitely spent effort and time preparing their malicious activities which are affecting our team’s work, but sadly and above all, deteriorating your experience on our servers.
They are now continuously targeting us, but our team is still fighting back and will continue non-stop until servers come back to their original and stable state.
We are deeply sorry about the inconvenience caused and we understand and share your frustration. We can assure you that we will do all we can to put an end to this situation.
Finally, we would also like to offer you compensation for those 3 days. Thus, starting today and until the 7th of June, all users will be able to claim free bundles inside our ingame Shop providing the following items (once per account – requires a character level 10):
- Siel’s Energy (3 days)
- 270 Qunas
- 3x [Event] Instance Entry Selection Scroll Bundle
- 3x Time Activation Stone
- 3x [Event] Entry Scroll for Dark Poeta
In addition, we will run the following events in the next days (news will be published on our website before they start):
- The current Soul Healer Discount (50%) event will run until the 14th of June (8:59 AM CEST)
- An ingame survey event in the upcoming days will provide useful items at certain level milestones.
- An Abyss Points boost event will be available early June.
- A Dredgion instance reset scrolls event will run in June as well.
