CONSIDER GIVING A 24 HOURS CHATBAN TO RMT GOLD VENDORS.
Reason:
the rmt gold vendor business works twofold, firstly they have bots that farm kinah, then they have whisperers/shouters that advertise their services. cutting one process will eliminate the problem, since you cant actively have the manpower to be live 24/7 and everywhere to stop botting and since banning a whisperer/shouter only results in them making a new character, consider applying a silent solution: a chatban, preventing the bot from shouting or whispering
The mechanism:
when the automated system detects a chat message with Euro/Dollar/Ruble in either words, signs it will issue a warning, an additional message will result in a chatban for 24 hours.
alternatively you can target the names of their websites, with accounting for creative spelling like zero instead of the letter o.
additionally you can also ban the *.com keywords as a partial text
The solution should prevent gold vendors from reaching clients (Not all of us block them for a clean chat, some people actually use the service) and prevent the exchange, thusly allowing gameforge to retain the sole rights for "i buy item from the shop for you and you give me kinah" deal (which we all agree is totally different than giving players a direct access to buying kinah for euros and not at all a potentially disputable event).
