For me
#1 Soul Heal - This is to much, I know players have to pay 2kk + to heal souls . Its to much expensive even on start of the game . Since we are not in 2010 and games are less hardcore . The cost have to be less
#2 Server still have not stable ping - I know so many players are playing but its need to be fixed ( Many users means more profit for server so we need to play in stable ping)
#2.1 If you dont using ping software you getting disconnect on Siege . This need to be fixed.
#3 Stigma's in steel rake - Me as asmodian are getting elyos stigmas and its ridicules . I already got 3x elyos stigma's last week of entry its means I had chanced get some good asmodian stigma's for sell but Im selling them in general merchant. one week left and still not fixed.
#4 Instance boss dropped items are cheaper than normal drop items - If you get drop gold item from boss and white item from normal mob wail cleaning the boss room. white item is 3x valuable than gold item from boss.

#2 this is an extra issue since they tell you the account will get banned for using ping reducer, which is a must even without siege, my ping spikes from 40 to 80 all the time randomly, playing like this sucks.

Experiments with the economic system did not lead to anything good. The craft has been killed. Redeeming experience after death is expensive. It's not hardcore, it's routine.

Quest mobs need to be fixed - When you have to kill 2 or more type of mobs and its have quest mark once you finish one type of mobs and need to kill second ones. The first one still have quest mark. Fix it

Level 50 shouldn't be farming people lower than them. It's toxic. There should be a penalty to discourage it. Or a on/off switch for PVP like most games except areas like the Abyss or high level areas 45+.

PVP in the game sure is fantastic, but killing lvl25-30 players who just try to do campaign while you're lvl50 is not and that's a massive difference

We had ap gear twinks (lvl30-35) killing 45-50s back then.
Guard system should have been tweaked in areas with toxicity danger and some extra patrols esp for asmo as their guards are nyeh esp in Gelk later. Ely guards could doom lure/stun strike from 5 million kms, better placement and chokepoints with ely guards. I think elys are already outnumbering us on both servers. Thats about mid-term balance.

It will be essential for GF to release 'patched' versions of Classic rapidly.
If you launch with 1.5, ALREADY knowing that is is bugged; Please do not wait for a patch cycle to fix.
Patch notes for Classic read like an exploit list. Everything that is listed as being fixed, was otherwise an known exploit/bug. Leaving these bugs open, when 'time has shown' there is a fix, for the reason of delaying 'content' patches, leaves the game open to abuse.
Please don't do progressive patch cycles, that historically only were created to FIX unknown issues. It is unfathomable to think that a game would release many years later, with the same bugs. Print Screen anyone?

The server Tahabata is very good, but I see that bots are killing the server economy. Can you please check? Or do something so that this does not happen here since the NA Classic lost many players because of bots that ended with all the economy.

1. soul healing should be expensive, the only thing i would change is shorten the soul sickness time. in most games, you die -> you lose experience, getting it back for kinah should be a privilage, not a necessity.
2.i dont think they can actually do anything against unstable connections, DDOS, huge botting parties (they would have done something by now they either dont want to, unable to, or cant right now because other tasks) and largely players opening dozens of accounts just to have more shops in town or next to quest givers
3. this feature existed before too, you almost always could get the other faction's stuff in both steel rakes.
4. thats just half of it, they had a complete overhaul of the drop system, white items are also untradable between players, this is clearly intentional and not their oversight, they like it like this. also - it was always more profitable when selling to NPC than gold item,
and finally 5. You're writing this to the wrong people, complaining to the wrong authority, (shouting to the wind if you will), the only people who care about general thread in the forum are the players and the forum admins, they most likely have an incentive to NOT escalate requests to the already busy dev teams

do you really think everyone should just start at level 50 then? that kind of attitude is what starts private servers.
3. you're complaining about a built in feature from the main original game, that was my point. do you really think that everything that doesnt fit to little old you should immediately be changed? where's the author creative freedom that NCsoft has? they made the game like this, its one thing to complain about things that are operating not as intended (bugs) its another to just complain because you're having a hard time.

I'm willing to bet money that their job is to LITERALLY DO THE OPPOSITE OF TRANSFERRING INFORMATION. the main job of the modern customer support nowdays is to do as little as possible to avoid suffering costs and please consumers with the minimalest of effort. some companies hire people to tire you with a round about condecending ways and avoid saying anything that sounds like a definitive answer, some just hire people to manage the chatter and filter the 1% of extremes, while de-escalating anything else into a thread closed/etc.
The only way to propose any feedback to people who can make changes begins with:
a. figuring out who can actually make the change
b. figuring out the cheapest solution for them (might require some knowhow) and a way for it to be profitable for them (they dont care about your fun - your personal fun is irrelevant, you're a statistical diviation for all they care, they care about the playing population as a whole and how it can profit them).
c. figuring out how to do it quietly, public outrage only works if you can get a huge portion of the population to go buy a pitchfork and march at their door. keep in mind that public embarrasement is not something a stock traded company wants..
lastly, you're calling gameforge cashgrabbie, but i'm not sure how fair that is.
they have an agreement with ncsoft to run the game, i am not sure under which terms, what kind of money they have to tribute monthly, employees, etc.
think feudalism, thats the kind of mindset that we're talking about.
as a business owner myself, i can say with absolute certainty: even if your passion is what you do for a living, you still need to make a living, and pricing something you do out of passion is not easy.
the real test is repeat customers though, wait for next month, see what happens, if a large enough population stays and continues paying, you'll know for sure if you're part of the majority or the minority.

1. You sure we play same aion? I work 8-10 hours a day + have life to certain extend and still managed to 50 just fine without any allnighters or obessive gaming sessions.
Do I want everyone to start at 50? The content below lvl4x is nothing special so whatever.
3. Its literally quality of life with close to no impact on the game. Also it being like that since 2009 doesnt mean it wasnt a bug or that it work as intended.

Community Manager != customer support.
Its on company to come with solutions and decisions based on user feedback. In fact it is very unhealhy if users try to filter their feedback by what they think would be the best for company as it usually just distort the real opinion of the player and leads to poor decisions.
What I said about gameforge has nothing to do with NC.
What I meant is that they just publish things with lowest possible efford, earning initial profit and then after while just keep the game on life support as long they generate any profit. Examples? Kuf2, solo.
More examples?
Check what type of advertising GF do for their products (for example classic) and when they launch their campaigns - you cant check everything they do but theres plenty of data for that.
Even more examples? Just check what type of ppl gameforge seek to employ, they don't look for anyone really experienced and that's not a way to run a successful game for a longer period of time
