Classic: we need a stigma vendor

    As the title says. The really important stigmas are barely dropping at all (Vaizel's, Splendor of Purification, Sage's Wisdom, Doom Lure etc..). This was ok in retail 2009 cause you needed weeks to level up, not here where some people are already 50 in 2 days. Retail solved this with a stigma vendor NPC.


    So your options to play your class are:

    1- Stay level 20/30/40 for weeks or months, do your x runs per week, log off and don't play again until next reset in a week

    2- Create new characters and play everything all over again to run again Haramel/NTC/FT/SR


    We are not in 2009 anymore, retail progressed slowly and gave people enough time at the beginning to drop/obtain these. As the game progressed in patches, they recognized this issue at later levels/faster leveling with a stigma vendor npc, but here we start in 1.x with progress rates of 2 or 3.x, this is a huge oversight of classic, without these you can't even use your advanced skill trees.

    I don't remember entry limit on old retail btw, some people farmed for hours and hours until they almost passed out aka physically possible and sold loot like a machine, spawned Fort Instances where ap gain limit/cap was a stop only if there was one (?) on pve ap. :) Or was there a limit before GF taking over and restriction patches? Entry scrolls are newer thing and this whole system to force players pay even more.

    Stigmas are a big issue, these lvl ~20-45 are a requirement to properly play your class and unlock the advanced trees. We are not in 1.x retail where we take months to level up and farm them.. all you see in LFG all day is "WTB x stigma" with almost no supply.


    Add a vendor already like we had in retail in later patches.

    This shouldn't just be in Suggestions, it's a major issue that needs an urgent fix.

    Totally agree it's not even about the drop rate, thats another issue, it's about the current game letting your level to 50 in a week which means you don't drop your low level stigmas before leveling up

    Drop rate is not the issue. More grind less crying. You can always go back to NA if you don't like it here - oh I forgot - NA Classic is almost dead due to bots, gold sellers and poor management.

    Please add stigma and customary AR to my inventory. I'm not 15 years old to run after mobs and knock out stigmas, or wander in search of ARA, it's too long and difficult for me. And even more so to buy from those who knocked out. I also want skills books for 0 kinar. And please put the loot x50. I'm waiting!

    Wait till you discover the game got quite a bit more than just stigmas, somehow I didn't really seen ppl asking for free gear, enchantment stones, godstones, potions, saam herbs, scrolls, buffing pets, ap, medals, and so on.

    i played lineage 2 for over a decade (almost 2 decades now) most of it in VERY LOW RATES and when you're sent to kill over 11 thousand monsters to do a nobless quest you really dont cry so hard for a 1/668123 drop rate

    i invite anyone who challanges the drop rate fairness in aion to look for drop rate on anything important in lineage 2 (also ncsoft)

    There are reasons why Asia grinders struggle, at least outside their original countries. With the increase of the maximum level, necessary stigmas will only remain available to low characters who farm those - and bots. In NA this led to extraordinary price tags, supply issues and frustrated people starting the game and unable to get their necessary stigmas (as they are mandatory). Currently, the cleric's damage tree is blocked as well as "Sage's Wisdom" is extraordinarily expensive. There are a couple of stigmas which won't ever get another version on a higher level. These will become somewhat unobtainable.


    Just like people playing this grew older, they may have less time and don't want to be rejected for parties just because they can't afford stigmas for 10 million kinah. It's one aspect that affected other Classic versions too. So it's worth considering a solution for this.


    I'm aware people are currently getting kinah from selling stigmas, same for me. Still, this will make people run. Especially, once certain stigma trees become more important once both PvE and PvP will become more demanding in later patches. Pretending that people are asking for everything etc. isn't helpful. Rather, you didn't bother to think about possible issues.

    I'm playing as assassin and both stigmas flash of speed and oath of accuracy are kinda expensive + that oath of accuracy I was searching it over 2 weeks and nobody had it on broker, it was inexistent. But the biggest problem are cleric's. We all wanna do runs like DP S Rank where we are asking for an ultra OP Cleric for heal while the prices for some of he's stigmas are around 10kk making them unable to join a group as support in order to grind for their new top gear. I know some people that play Cleric and I know very well the struggle being also main Cleric in the past. Now if some people are blind enough and does not see this situation as a major problem then go and check your eyes with no offense but this is a serious problem, having in LFG over 20 groups for DP all asking for Cleric with stigmas is really sad, we all need cleric's for group instances same as chanter for DP but asking for ultra top gear / stigma while prices are so freaking high and drops so freaking low how exactly we encourage more people to play those classes in order to not have this gap? I thought a lot of times making Cleric for the PvE in order to help my friends on the hard times when they cannot find a support for their DP, DC, TL run but then again I was thinking.. how exactly am I gonna manage that when I'll do a Cleric that requires around 50kk in total just to get started? I'm very sure a lot of people started cleric's or wanted to start cleric's for the same reasons but at the end of the day they had to reroll on another class just because of the prices. The same problem we faced also in the retail around 5.x or 6.x patch when all cleric's had to drop again the benevolence which was at the price of 1BILLION. Everyone was asking cleric's full support with benevolence while no one had that 1 billion required to buy this 1 stigma. I can't understand how they keep doing the same mistake while we are supposed to learn from our mistakes... As I mentioned before in previous threads I really like the classic Aion but a lot of mistakes have been made and I see that GF does not really care to find a solution and that's sad because, that's the reason why some people left already and some others are also thinking about it.

    As for the lineage 2 that was mentioned before.

    They are 2 different games, let's compare the Metin to lineage 2 then if it's about which one is hardest... The point ain't this, if you prefer Lineage then go there and leave Aion (no offense again) but some people who started Aion they had their own reasons, there is not any game out there that can be compared to another because each game is unique in its way, and nobody asked for "everything" we just asked for the basic support for a better "life" inside the game having less struggles and just by making a bit higher the drop chance I think will solve most of the problems because:

    1st. We will get easier our stigmas

    2nd we will farm more kinahs there for we will be able to pay our SS that costs 50kk etc. And let's be honest that 50% discount ain't that helpful if you got 50kk to 25kk still is high enough while doing instances for kinahs and the server goes down again and again adding more SS to your character while not being able to finish that instance for 200k kinahs.... Those are real problems in the game that needed to be fixes in the 1st month but here we are still talking about it.
