I just play 1 char and it is with lvl 15, I payed 100 Euro for? "cannot connect to the server". The support say always the same things to do and that dont work..

Hallo nochmal, Das Problem liegt nicht an meinem PC oder gar den Firewall Einstellungen o.ä.. Ebenfalls habe ich beide Ihrer Antworten schon online lesen können, was mir das Gefühl gibt, dass sie kaum an der Fehlerursache interessiert sind, da diese Texte nur "Copy & Paste" sind. Ich habe meinen PC mit dem Hotspot meines Handys verbunden (Mobile Daten) - Darüber funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Demnach kann ich ja direkt alle potenziellen Fehlerursachen an der Installation sowie der Firewall meines PCs ausschliessen. Ich habe dann den Router durch einen anderen Ausgetauscht, selbst das ohne Erfolg. Mein Provider teilte mir mit, dass es dort keine Probleme gäbe bei der Konnektivität. Demnach muss es ja an den Gameforge Servern oder Firewalls liegen, die meine IP Adresse blockieren - Alles andere scheint ja reibungslos zu funktionieren. Ebenfalls möchte ich anmerken, dass zu diesem Problem bereits ein 5 Seitiger Forumeintrag existiert, wo sich viele Spieler mit dem selben Problem aus unterschiedlichen Ländern sowie Regionen zu Wort gemeldet haben. Hier der Link dazu - aion classic cannot connect to authorization server Viele Spieler haben sich Siels Pass sowie den Daeva Pass gekauft für etwa 30€ pro Person - Sehr viele davon können nicht spielen, mir eingeschlossen. yes theyve used a solution for the ddos attacks that now blocks the ip somehow, i already asked them how i can fix my setup, that theyr defenses just accept me.
tehy should just hire some it professional and let teh studends study.

First install today. Try to login and same error as topic. Try to restart router few times. Try to connect via lan and via wifi. Try a repair. Send a ticket to support. Waiting for a response but i think will never arrive.
they might get to you in morning thats when i got my respond,usualy one respond per day maybe because its weekend.

Just lost a day with login problems, tried a lot of things only to find that it does not work with Windows 11.
Of course I should have known it but I did not see any message before downloading that windows 11 was not supported.
i have win11 and played normally on start day but next days i could'd
i use w11 and it works perfectly fine, both pc and laptop
