New launcher and multiple accounts

    The news states that you can link multiple accounts to the Gameforge launcher.


    What it doesn't mention is if you can run 2 Aion accounts at the same time.


    Can you clarify this Galeas ? Thank you.

    It is fixed, now most likely your issue is something else. Did you enter your account name and your game password?

    I entered my account's email (can't use the game account name here), old password didn't work. Used the "forgot password" link, received an email for it so the account is working, changed it, still get the same error.

    yes, the empty aphsa background screen returned, and now it affects the other accounts too in the client that didn't have that problem at wednesday

    Same issue right now, so I assume it hasn't been. Reminds me that I already encountered many issues when this client got introduced ages ago. It's still annoying.

    Are you launching GF launcher by clicking on "Gameforge Client" or "Aion MMO" icon?

    If you try from "MMO Client", don't.

    Try from "Gameforge Client", with Gameforge account.

    I'm having a problem. After migrating my account and trying to log in it asks me to join Stormwing server which i was always on anyways but instead gets me to make a new character. All my characters are gone! Please help!

    i have a different problem, cant add any another account to my account so for my ALTs accounts i must relog whole client...

    wroted me: YOU CANT ADD YOUR ACCOUNT

    but i think it was reported by galeas, dont know if its fixed already


    I tried a test: account 1,2,3 (different email adresess)

    tried add 2,3 under 1 -> not work

    tried 1,3 under 2 -> not work

    I did, it seems my account was locked due to having logged with Mudfish running recently (ping reducer I've been using to play NA Classic in the meantime).


    Has the stance changed on these services? I know in the past they were not officially allowed, but it was never enforced or very rarely, and not permanently. Even while in Europe my ping isn't great/stable, mostly due to random spikes, so it's kinda meh to play like this.


    Also hundreds of people are going to restart in EU from NA, Asia etc, if they can't use these services they are not gonna stay here for long, there is no point in playing Aion with 200-400 ping (Mudfish for example brings me from 250ms to 100-110 in NA).


    You said today in the stream that you are not going to block players from outside Europe, but if ping reducers prohibition is enforced it's pretty much the same as restricting the game to only EU players, there should be a way for accounts to be flagged as permitted to use these, or some other way to allow for their use. Maybe if the service is off while logging into the launcher, but then started just for the game, that would be ok?
