I tried to buy a subscription (Siel's energy) but wasn't able to do that. I contacted support but they couldn't help me. Could it be that belgian players somehow can't buy Siel's energy? I saw something on reddit abouit players…

I am having the same problem, after entering my username and password, anything I click on in the launcher takes me back to requesting that I enter my username and password again.
